When using Leafora, users often just want a quick and calming moment—ordering their favorite matcha without hassle. However, the experience doesn’t always feel that way. Instead, they are met with confusing navigation, cluttered menus, and limited customization options, turning what should be a simple process into something frustrating and time-consuming.
As they proceed, the uncertainty continues. After placing an order, users are left wondering about its status due to the lack of clear and real-time tracking. This creates a gap between expectation and experience, highlighting the need for Leafora to provide a smoother, more intuitive journey—one that feels as effortless and calming as the drink itself.
